Looks like Hot Toys are putting out some hot Avengers Toys. I’m sorry, I mean action figures. , Hey movie buffs, Tatiana Carrier here for Clevver movies. Now we’ve talked before about Hasbro putting out some Avenger action figures. Well, if those designs were a little to child-like for the collector in you, don’t worry, because Hot Toys has you covered. . They are set to release a line of Avenger figures, starting with a 1/6 scale of Nick Fury. And they are pulling out ALL the stops. We’re talking complete detail on Samuel L. Jackson’s likeness, interchangeable hands, depending on how bad ass you want him to look. Even comes along with a rocket gun and a pistol. But I can’t stress enough the sculpt on this guy. It looks GOOD. Plus, it’s Sam Jackson here, I wouldn’t be surprised if engraved on the bottom his foot it said, One bad ass mother [BLEEP]” . And this is just a start. Hot Toys released an image on their facebook fan page teasing towards the rest of their Avengers line. That’s right, they are ASSEMBLING the entire Avengers line. See what I did there? Oh yeah. And by what we can see in the pic, these are going to look just as good as Fury. And if they’re all at a 1/6 scale, that’s going to make the Hulk figure absolutely epic. Hey everyone thanks so much for tuning into clevver movies, im your host Tatiana carrier with the latest on Sacha Baron Cohen and his OSCAR red carpet look! . While most actors will be hitting the red carpet in couture, Sacha Baron Cohen has a plan of his own—-according to the Hollywood reporter, Cohen is planning to attend the academy awards this Sunday dressed as his character, the disctator. . Now we are all about our facorite acotrs getting in character, and this normally wouldn’t be a problem, except the dictator is a sex-crazed Gaddafi-meets-Hussein ruler who fights to stop democracy from coming to his country…kinda controversial? . While some may support this freedom of expression others are worried it will make a mockery of the regal event…but I have to know, what are your thoughts? Do you want Cohen to go all out for the Oscars, or would you rather wait until may 11th to see the dictator in action when it comes to the big screen? First off, with A fourth Transformers movie on the way, and Michael Bay saying it’s going to be less “funny” and more “action-y” we figure out if that’s a good idea? Should they ditch all the cast and just start fresh? Should there even be a new movie? Next, the kids in us all get giddy as we talk about the next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie…that WILL be a live action flick. Going back to it’s roots and just as amazing. Finally, Twisted Metal just hit the shelves for the PS3, now Sony is in talks about bringing it to the big screen. Sony made Residen Evil Successful, so can they do the same for this franchise?

Hey everyone, thaks so much for tuning into clevver movies, Im your host tataina carrier with the latest on JON CARTER…the SEQUL! Yes you heard me correctly, a sequel is already being talked baout, but is anyone evening going to see the first one? . John Carter opens March 9th and according to comingsoon.com the sequel is tentatively to be called John Carter: The Gods of Mars, based on Burroughs’ second novel. But the real concern here comes from the soft tracking. The film colst over 250 million to make and early projections show the film may only bring in 100million…for a loss of over 150 million. . So what is Disney saying about all this concern for the first run? They are defenitily holding out hope… “We know that we have a long way to go. It’s still four weeks out, and the bulk of the media hasn’t hit yet. Our Super Bowl ad did what we intended it to do: have a pop of awareness. On Sunday we launch a full campaign with 90+% of all of our media ready to go.” . But theres one tiny problem called THE HUNGER GAMES that releases 2 weeks after Jon Carter, which only really gives jon carter a two week chance. . But what do you guys think? So our first big story comes to us from the transformers—YOU GOT THIS MATT! . MATT: Director Michael Bay, will helm t4 and has also signed a two-picture deal with Paramount! So its OFFICIAL!!! The fourth film in Paramount’s Transformers franchise will be released June 29, 2014, director Michael Bay announced Monday on his website. For those of you saying NOT ANOTHER!!! WHY NOT?! The third installment in the franchise, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, was released last summer in 3D and grossed $1.1 billion worldwide. …. MATT: And while we are on the topic of the t4, we also learned that the fourth film in the popular franchise a will in fact be a straight up sequel to the last movie NOT A REBOOT, and won’t be told through Shia LaBeouf’s Sam Witwicky’s point of view. As to whose point of view it will be told through, that’s unclear right now, but it’s also unclear which – if any – human characters will be back. . TAT: Another live action flick heading BACK to the big screen…none other than the teenage mutant ninja turtles!!! Director Jonathan Liebesman is in final negotiations to helm the new Turtles movie at Paramount. And why wouldn’t it…The teenage mutant ninja turltes first made it on the big screen in 1990 and grossed over 202 million worldwide and judging by your reactions, you cant wait for some TURTLE POWER!!!! . Matt: Its looking like Sony Pictures has made a preemptive 7-figure deal for Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance co-director Brian Taylor to write and direct a live action adaptation of the iconic video game Twisted Metal. Twisted Metal is the longest running Playstation exclusive franchise and like the game, the film will follow combatants that fight to the death. . TAT: And finally, we leave you with an avengers update! Special effects supervisor Chris Wells spoke about working with Joss Whedon on this summers highly anticipated ensemble superhero flick the avengers…in that interview he made the BOLD statement that it’s the BEST comic book movie that he has worked on to date. ‘I Am Legend 2′ Moving Forward

Hey guys im Tatiana carrier and you are watching clevver movies! According to Deadline, Warner Bros has closed deals with Akiva Goldsman and Overbrook Entertainment to produce another installment of I Am Legend staring will smith. The intention is for Will Smith to reprise his role as scientist Robert Neville, who was the last man on Earth doing battle with a mutated mob in New York City after an apocalyptic man-made virus wiped out the population. AS you guys know, there were rumors that the film would be a prequel, but it is NOT yet confirmed that this is the case. Something else NOT confirmed is star, Smith. Apparently he wont commir until the script is written…BUT if its actually a sequel and not a prequel…where would smith fit into the script anyway…he did die at the end of the first film. So to me, the only way really is a prequel, unless they start over with a new cast…but wheres the fun in that? I want WILL and Sam..the dog. Sow what do you guys think?
