Directed by Peter Chan and starring Jet Li and Andy Lau, “The Warlords” is 2007 hit chinese film set in the 1860s, during the Taiping Rebellion in the late Qing Dynasty in China. The story revolves around three brothers who are forced to turn against one another due to the harsh realities of war and political intrigue. The film also stars Takeshi Kaneshiro and Xu Jinglei. The writing credits include six writers. The film is set for worldwide release on 2nd, April 2010.
