‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ Sneak Peeks/Trailer Info

Hey guys, thanks for tuning in to Clevver Movies, I’m Tatiana Carrier While the release of Marc Webb’s ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ isn’t for another six months, lucky fans in 13 cities around the world got to see a special sneak preview of the film. Fans who went to the film’s website TheUntoldStoryBegins.com were given tickets to the events, which happened Feb. 6. Fans in New York were joined by Andrew Garfield, Marc Webb in Los Angeles, Rhys Ifans in London, and Emma Stone in Rio De Janeiro, who all came together via satellite to answer fan questions and reveal a new 2 1/2 minute trailer for the film. Fans also gathered in Mexico City, Berlin, Rome, Paris, Moscow, Tokyo, Sydney and Seoul to see the preview, but as yet the details of what they saw have yet to be revealed. . Not to worry if you missed out, though, because the new trailer will be released online at midnight tonight and in theaters this coming weekend,. We’re hoping that the new trailer will give us a better look at Ifan’s villain, The Lizard, as well as some insight as to what ‘untold story’ the new film will feature. Now while this all sounds a little unfair to the rest of us, the word of mouth that this generates will probably be pretty huge. Christopher Nolan has employed similar methods in advertising his Batman franchise, which have become some of the biggest films of the decade, and from what we’ve seen so far, we’re expecting this new reboot of Spidey to be pretty huge as well. . Bane’s Origins and Young Talia Al Ghul in The Dark Knight Rises

Looks like the pieces of The Dark Knight Puzzle are starting to fall together. Hey Movie Buffs! I’m Tatiana Carrier for Clevver Movies and we here think we have Bane’s background figured out in The Dark Knight Rises. Child actor, Joey King, confirmed the rumors that she WILL be playing young Talia Al Ghul. There was some speculation about this back in August with an IMDB leak, but nothing had been confirmed till now. But what does this mean for Bane and the rest of the movie? . Well first of all, if you don’t know how important this charcter is to Bruce Wayne, allow me to recap. Talia is the daughter of Rhaz Al Ghul, played by Liam Neeson in Batman begins. You know, the guy that trained Batman. Also, in the comics, Bruce Wayne falls in love with Talia and they eventually have a kid named Damian, who is now the current Robin. Will we see any of this in the movie? Maybe. But now, let’s she how this affects Bane and his origins. . It has been said that Director Christopher Nolan was going to mirror the relationship that Bruce and Rachel had in Batman Begins with Bane and Talia and their time in the league of Shadows. Yes, this movie is looking like it’ll base Bane’s origins in the League of Shadows. A little different than Bane’s comic origins of being raised in a prison, but still workable. Just like in Begins, I’m sure we’ll see a child version of Bane along side Joey King and follow their relationship growing up. . I’m going to take a shot in the dark and guess that Talia takes an interest in Bruce Wayne and we see that story arc unfold, and Bane doesn’t like this. Maybe gets a little jealous, so while he’s trying to destroy Gotham, like the League of Shadows tried to do in the first place, he decides to take out Bruce Wayne in the process. And in doing so finds out Wayne is actually Batman. Aaaaaaand now we have a movie. . So this is what I’m thinking so far. And as we get closer and closer, I just can’t wait for this movie. Your dose of the top movie news stories THIS WEEK! Lots went down in our movie buff world, so without further ado, lets get started! This week we learned that The Dark Knight Rises tickets were being sold on the DOWN LOW to the select cities of San Fran and New York. This may seem like awesome news to bat fans around the world, minus the fact that as soon as the story broke, we learned that the tickets were actually SOLD OUT! We also sat down with star of Man on A Ledge Sam Worthington and learned his secret dream job—youll never believe what type of movie he wants to do next. With James Bond turning 50 this year, well the franchise at least, we reported the exciting news to all you bond fans out there that Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment have unveiled Bond 50. A collectible box-set features all 22 James Bond films on Blu-Ray. All 22 James Bond films. One box set. Including the 9 that were previously unavailable on high-def Blu-Ray! Trekkies were happy to learn that Star Trek 2 will be a 3d Conversion!!! Abrams did confirm that Star Trek 2 will be released in 3D BUT it will not be shot digitally. He was very specific with wanting to give the movie the same look as the first one, shot in anamorphic. But the studio did urge for a 3D release, so they will convert the final product to be enjoyed with 3D glasses. And finally, last but certainly not least we got the LOW DOWN on the 24 movie!!!! During the FOX panel at the Broadcasting Company Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour in Pasadena this past weekend, Keifer Sutherland revealed that the TV series-adapted film is ready to kick off production this spring and that the story will take place six months after the final episode!!! WE also learned that most of the cast from the TV series will return for Movie! Well there ya have it! The stories that had our movie buff hearts pounding this week! Dark Knight Tickets already sold out???! Hey guys thanks for tuning back into clevver movies im your host Tatiana carrier with the details behind the imax tickets that were quetly being sold for the dark knight rises and have now apparently been sold out! . According to slash film.com Fandango began selling midnight tickets for The Dark Knight Rises: The IMAX Experience in a few major cities across the country including san fran, new York and LA. This was really exciting for bat fans until ofcourse the news broke, and no tickets were left to sell. Now although these cities are officially sold out, we have no word on when other cities will have the pre sale tickets available for presale. . The Dark Knight rises will be the last bat adventure for Christopher Nolan and is speculated to be the BEST ONE YET so it comes as no shock that these tickets were available and then sold out faster than we could say caped crusader! . So I have to know, are any of you guys the chosen few who were able to get your dark knight lovin paws on some tix? Either way, we cant wait for the dark knight to hit the big screen on july 20th! . Avengers Assemble, and Star Trek 2 is Elementary – It’s A Wrap!

Bane’s voice doesn’t get tweaked, BUT WB lowers the volume around him. Hopefully making it less distracting. Star Trek 2 gets Benedict Cumberbatch. Will he play a good guy? A bad guy? Best known for this work in War Horse, Tanker Taylor Soldier Spy, and the BBC new hit show Sherlock. He’ll make a great addition to the cast. And we take a look at Avengers, and debate how extravagant the movie may get. Maybe someone needs to die in a story this epic. Who knows! Finally we take a look at The Devil Inside releasing this weekend. Who’s going to be too scared to see it, and who’s ready for this rollercoaster of jumps and screams.

‘The Avengers’ Plot Rumors POTENTIAL SPOILERS

Can’t wait till next May to know what’s going on in the new Avenger’s movie? Well we’ve got all the details. . Hey movie buffs, Joshua Ovenshire here with some HUGE details about the Avengers set to release next May. Let me repeat that…HUGE details, so if you want to stay surprised, here’s your chance to head to our channel and watch a DIFFERENT video. . First off to bat, we will be seeing the return of Hugo Weaving reprising his role as Red Skull. Just in case, you missed it, Red Skull was the antagonist for last summer’s Captain America: The First Avenger. Apparently, Loki finds him during his “travels” and partners up with this veteran evil do-er. . Next up, do you remember the alien spacecraft blowing everything up from the trailer? Well, those are none other than the Skrulls. Oh wait, we can’t say Skrulls because Sony still has the rights to that name. So Marvel had to change their appearance and the name to avoid getting sued. Yes, that’s right. Due to big business, Marvel can’t use their own creation in their own movie. So now they are called The Redacted. . Marvel fans will also recognize the name Thanos showing up, and he plays a huge role. In fact, he gets tricked by loki in an unfair trade getting the infinity gauntlet as Loki takes the now named Redacted. Oh yeah, he also hands over the gigantic space Serpent, The Leviathan. But wait it get’s better. . Once the Redacted realize that Loki has betrayed their master by making him think that the infinity gauntlet is more powerful than originally stated, they turn on Loki. Forcing him to join sides with the Avengers. I KNOW RIGHT?!?!? Then again, Thanos should have seen it coming. Loki IS the god of mischief, can’t really trust the guy. . Now with all of this now on the table, it makes me wonder if this movie may be a little TOO over the top. It’s not like Batman, which is good for the fact that it’s based in our realm of reality. It could actually happen. Avenger’s has gods, aliens, and cosmic weapons. Will today’s audience find it to be a bit much? And let’s not forget the cameo by Marvel’s newest hero..ANT MAN! I wouldn’t be surprised if he shows up at the end of the credits, just like Marvel is famous for doing. . So what do you guys think of the story so far?
