Liam Neeson Confirms he WAS on set for The Dark Knight Rises . Hey movie buffs, Joshua Evan Ovenshire here for Clevver Movies. As we’ve established in the past, if we’re doing a Batman Story, there may be some spoilers ahead. You’ve been warned. Ahem. We know Liam Neeson is a bad ass and we all love him, and today, we geek out. Liam Neeson, who played Rhas Al Ghul in Batman Begins, and yes, it’s RHAS, not Raz. Trust me. I would know. Any way, he said that he did spend some time on the Dark Knight Rises set. Yep, you heard correctly, Rhas AL Ghul just might be in the Dark Knight Rises . Now for those of you popping in the dvd to prove me wrong and saying “NO! He died at the end of the movie!” Yes, he died, but he’s Rhas Al Ghul. He comes back to life using his lazarus pits. It’s complicated, just google it. . Neeson says he was on set for maybe an hour and a half, and Christopher Nolan didn’t tell him what was going on or clued him in. Now, until I hear the words, “Yes. I was on set and I FILMED a scene” I’ll stay wary. But I know, I’d love to have him make a cameo in the movie. But will it be a scene, or a maybe a flash back with Talia. Who knows. But if you recall, they did use Neeson’s dialogue from Batman Begins in the teaser trailer for Rises. This could have been all apart of the plan from the beginning. . But what do you guys think? Tons of great movies to go check out in the theatres!!! But the question is, who will reign champ at the box office come Monday!? Hey everyone, im taitana carrier for clevver movies, your number one source for movies, and ive got your box office preview!!!! . You may have barely gotten that christmas tree up, but new years eve is coming whether you are ready for it or not! We are expecting the ensemble cast rom com, NEW YEARS EVE to bring home the big bucks in the box office this weekend with 25 million. Besides the flick being packed with all of our favorite actors, New Year’s Eve is the clear front-runner for the weekend and also the first wide release since Breaking Dawn to target female audiences — so we think the flick will easily dominate this weekend. . The other opener, The Sitter, is expected to bring in about 12 million for the weekend…while we are used to seeing Jonah hill with a sidekick or in an ensemble cast, it should be interesting to see if the actor can pull off that star power solo! This flick should appeal to the comedy seekers for the weekend…I don’t know if you guys checked out the trailer, but that little girl had me at “I sharted.” . After three weekends atop the chart, the honeymoon may finally be over for Edward and Bella.Breaking Dawn will likely decline by about 50 percent to $8.2 million, which would lift the vampire drama’s cume to $260 million after four weekends…still pretty incredible, but still not as good as new moon! . Our favorite muppets will most likely claim the 4th place spot with 7 million. While thanksgiving was its strongest weekend, we do think that the word of mouth recoomendations and muppets fans will come through keep kermie and miss piggy still in the top 5. . HUGO, Martin Scorsese’s 3-D adventure gets another expansion this weekend — from 1,863 theaters to approximately 2,600 — and a small 15 percent drop to $6.4 million should be the end result. While the movie isn’t making the big bucks at the box office, the flick seemed to do well with audiences and critics alike. . A GREAT LINE UP FOR THE WEEKEND and we definitely think that whatever you chose from the top 5 wont disappoint, so I gotta know, which of these 5 will you be checking out this weekend?
