‘Insidious’ Sequel Coming 2013

Hey evyerone thanks so much for checking back with clevver movies, im Tatiana carrier with clevver movies with the latest on Insidious, the sequel. . Acording to the Hollywood reporter, original creative team, director James Wan and writer Leigh Whannell, are in talks to return for the sequel to one of the scariest flicks of last year, Insiduous. Jason Blum will be back as producer. . For those of you who didn’t see the first movie, it starred Patrick Wilson and Rose Byrne as a couple who at first think their house is haunted but come to the realization it’s one of their sons who is possessed. The first movie ended with Wilson being possessed after a journey to a realm of the dead…so perhaps we hang out with his scary ass for part duex? . Whatever the reason, we don’t blame them for making another insidious…The original was released in April and made almost $100 million worldwide on a budget of only $1.5 million. . As of now, it is unclear whether the sequel will continue the story or whether the lead actors will return. But we will keep you posted as we get more deets…the sequel is scheduled to go into production this year for a 2013 release. . SO will you guys get scared a second time with indisious the sequal? ‘The Avengers’ Bad Guys Finally Revealed?

Looks like we are finally starting to boil down on who the bad guys will be in the upcoming Avengers movie. . Hey movie buffs, Tatiana Carrier here with Clevver Movies. With the teaser that was just released for the Avengers super bowl commercial, it got the minds working over at comicbookmovies.com and they’ve put up a very compelling case, on who we MAY be able to expect. But then at near the end of this story, we’ll reveal some information from an inside source that may prove otherwise. . A contributed story to CBM believes that the answer may actually be right in front of us. Looking first at the purple blood that can be seen on Captain America and Thor’s armor, this brought up the question, will the badoon be featured in this movie. But upon further inspection, clues started to point more towards The Knights of Wundagore (woon da gore). First, you have the flying vehicles revealed in the teaser trailer for the Avengers Super Bowl Commercial. They believe these may actually be the Atomic Steeds used by the Wundagore. That and a pic that was released showing Nick Fury kicking some “thing”. Well that thing, when compared to the comics, looks a little familiar. . Officially, all we have to go off was a simple answer by Joss Whedon when asked about the alien bad guys, “Who ever said they were aliens?” But perhaps that answer was just to throw us off. Now onto what we here at clever movies think. In the Russian trailer for this movie, there is a fun exchange of lines between Loki and Tony Stark, where Loki explains he has an army, and Stark responds with “we have a hulk”. So Loki has an army, and the knights of wundagore (woon-da-gore) are by no means an army. After having a conversation with someone who works in the movie industry and on The Avengers. They were able to let us know that there WAS an alien race in the movie. With everything in front of us, I’m calling it now. We think that the “redacted” will be the alien army that Loki is working with. If you missed the first story about the “redacted”, these are just another version of the skrulls, changed so Sony doesn’t sue. . This just makes the most sense, why would Marvel introduce such a lesser known group like the Wundagore. It just makes more sense with the story at hand to go with the “redacted”. This is our official prediction, but what do you guys think? Or does it not matter to you, you just want to see the Avengers kick some ass, human, alien..it doesn’t matter. Hey everyone thanks so much for watching clevver movies, im your host Tatiana carrier with the details on what 80s classic is dancing its way to broadway! . According to our friends at deadline, Robert Zemeckis’ Back To The Future may just become the latest film to get a Broadway stage production! Zemeckis is in early talks with his co-writer Bob Gale and the film’s composer Alan Silvestri to explore a stage transfer and I personaly couldn’t be more excited!!! A singing and dancing marty mcfly?! WHHHATTT???@@ . The franchise has already grossed nearly $1 billion worldwide, and we think a stage musical will just be the cherry on the cake. I will say, im a little hesitant to watch a back to the future without the original doc and mcfly, but still intrigues me, so ill probably take a gander, but what about you guys, will you go check out back to the future the musical? The Hunger Games get a limited IMAX release AND a Facebook game!!! Heyyy!!!! Hi guys, im Tatiana carrier for clevver movies with the details behind out favorite games! . WEve just learned that the Lionsgate teen tentpole will have a limited one week IMAX run from March 23, day-and-date with its wider theatrical release. Lionsgates Joe Drake saud, “With this news, the release of The Hunger Games has truly become an epic event,” . Another fun little details, this distribution deal marks the first collaboration between Imax and Lionsgate…something else new and fun…The Hunger Games head to Facebook! A game called, The Hunger Games Adventures will allow fans to explore the world of Panem — the futuristic version of North America where The Hunger Games is set. Players will complete missions that will take them to each of the Districts and the Capitol where they will interact with the familiar characters from the book. . Joe Drake also commented on the game and said, “What makes fans of The Hunger Games so amazing is the level of personal investment they have in the characters and the story///We chose Funtactix to create this game because they bring the level of authenticity and quality to their movie-based social games that is crucial to fans of The Hunger Games.” . Well, I don’t know about you guys, but I will definitely be catching The Hunger Games in IMAX when it hits the big screen march 23rd, but what about you guys? If you were one of those who was questioning the 3d re release of titanic, think again…Fans all over the world over rushed the web in the last 24-hours – crashing multiple servers in the process – to secure advance tickets for the now sold-out February 14th preview screenings of TITANIC in 3D. . In a matter of hours, sell-out screenings were reported throughout the United States and in countries around the world, following the launch of the special screening program on January 31st. Moviegoers who were lucky enough to secure a seat will now be among the first people anywhere to see the newly re-mastered TITANIC in 3D, in advance of the film’s worldwide release on April 6th. . ‘Lord of the Rings’ LEGO Toys Revealed

I’m Tatiana Carrier, coming to you from our hollywood headquarters with the latest on these must have toys! . Lego and Warner Bros. Consumer Products have revealed images of the new Lego toys based on the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Although it’s been quite sometime since the final installment of The Lord of the Rings trilogy hit theatres, it’s nice that the franchise is still selling new merchandise for those dedicated fans. Lego got the entire access to the trilogy characters and stories, as well as to Peter Jackson’s new adaptions of J.R.R Tolkien’s creations, ‘The Hobbit: A Unexpected Journey’ and ‘The Hobbit: There and Back Again’, to create the new line of Lego LOTR toys. The Lord of the Rings toys will be released in stores this June, while ‘The Hobbit’ line will be released sometime December. Lord of the Rings heroes such as Frodo, Aragorn, Gandalf the Grey AND Gimili will be featured in the first LOTR Lego toy line. As for the second line, it includes the evil characters such as Orcs, Ringwraiths and the creepy Gollum. . Well, prepare to start recreating epic scenes from the film! Candy Land Movie to Star Adam Sandler

A film based on Hasbro, Inc.’s well-known game, Candy Land, is in the works to be turned into a live action movie starring Adam Sandler! Imagine a stroll through the Peppermint Forest, the Gum Drop Mountains, and the Lollypop woods coming to life on the big screen! Columbia Pictures, Happy Madison (Adam Sandler’s Production company) and Hasbro Inc. are still making the final decision has to when this film will start production. . However, it is said Kevin Lima, director of Enchanted, will be directing the project and Sandler along with Robert Smigel will be writing the screenplay. Doug Belgrad, President of Columbia Pictures said QUOTE: “Candy Land is more than just a game. It is a brand that children, parents and grandparents know and love. The world of Candy Land offers an extraordinary canvas upon which to create a fantastical, live-action family adventure film with a larger than life part for Adam. We are thrilled to partner with Hasbro and Happy Madison on this project.” . Fans around the world were able to participate in a live Q+A with Joss Whedon, Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Samuel L Jackson and Clark Gregg (Agent Phil Coulson) ANDDD Fans were able to see a 10-second teaser of the 30-second Super Bowl commercial and answer Avengers trivia to win Avengers prize packs. So here are some highlights from the chat! . • When asked about the much rumored Spider-Man cameo in ‘The Avengers’, director Joss Whedon responded, “There is no Spider-Man cameo. But the Avengers do turn off the dark.” Referencing the Spider-Man Broadway play that has had so many issues since its debut. • Another character that was rumored to possibly be making an appearance in the film that director Joss Whedon squashed was The Wasp. Eva Longoria and Olivia Munn were once rumored for the role, but when asked which character he wanted to include in the film, but was unable to for budget or time reasons, Whedon responded, “”I’m a fan of the Wasp. She’s goofy and sting-y.” • As for the story’s inspiration, director Whedon promises a combo platter from classic and Ultimate Avengers, plus “a little ‘Richie Rich’ & ‘Mastering the Art of French Cooking’” thrown in for good measure. • Samuel L. Jackson revealed that there will be no background on “Nick Fury” in this film, but alluded that we may get to see his origins in an upcoming ‘S.H.I.E.L.D.’ movie. • There will be a battle between Loki and Hulk in the film. Tom Hiddleston revealed that the scariest moment for him while filming was when he smashed his elbow while “facing down the great green incarnation of rage”. • Tom Hiddleston also promises Loki will be “More mischievous. More evil. More hubristic. More delusional. More damaged. More badass.” This time around. • Clark Gregg promised there will be more action in this film than previous Marvel movies. “Everybody sees more action in the avengers, hell, the audience even has to fight bad guys.” • Samuel L. Jackson named his favorite Avenger to be Black Widow and between Nick Fury and his Star Wars alter ego Mace Windu, the jedi wins. . AS if that wasn’t exciting enough, Clark Gregg promised there will be more action in this film than previous Marvel movies. He said, “Everybody sees more action in the avengers, hell, the audience even has to fight bad guys.” — end this with something like “tweeted, Gregg” . Jennifer Lawrence is Oscar Worthy In ‘The Hunger Games’

Hey guys thanks so much for watching clevver movies, Im your host Tatiana carrier with the details on miss katniss and her Oscar worthy performance! . The Hunger Games wont release until March 23rd of this year, but according to entertainment weekly, director Gary Ross is already predicting the possibility of another nomination for his 21-year-old star Jennifer Lawrence come next year’s Oscars. With Confidence, the director said, “The range in this performance, the emotional terrain that she investigates, the demands of what this role are…It’s such an intensely physical role and an emotional one. She carries the entire movie. To be able to do that at that age is so kind of incredible that I was in a little bit of awe. Do I think she should be nominated? Absolutely.” . And lawarance wasn’t shy about her love for the director Gary Ross, whom she bonded with during the 83 day shoot…she said, “We were all a family,…Everything that I love about the movie, and everything that got me to say yes to this movie, was Gary.” . And spoiler alert…ross shared more fond memories of making the highly anticipated film series…he said, “”I love the title Catching Fire because from the moment Katniss was willing to eat the berries…the moment she was willing to give her life for something larger than herself, she set off a chain reaction that was at once bigger than her and also because of her. That’s a very exciting movie to make because you’re seeing the emergence of a leader. It’s the birth of a revolution so it has context that’s larger than just the Games themselves.” . Ok great, as if we weren’t already exploding with excitement to see the first installment of the huger games, but now we have to get a little taste of catching fire! I don’t know about you guys, but all this talk has me even more pumped for the march 23rd release of the hunger games .
