Unable to stop him from going, Sean’s new stepfather (Dwayne Johnson) joins the quest. Together with a helicopter pilot (Luis Guzman) and his beautiful, strong-willed daughter (Vanessa Hudgens), they set out to find the island, rescue its lone inhabitant and escape before seismic shockwaves force the island under the sea and bury its treasures forever. This first ever of its kind campaign launched today at 8:00 a.m. and is open to fans worldwide. PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 3 will premiere on October 18th in the top 20 cities with the most tweets, 3 days before the film’s global release. The reviews are in for 50/50! Hey guys, im Tatiana carrier with clevver movies and Ive got your review round up for 50/50! 50/50 is A comedic account of a 27-year-old guy’s cancer diagnosis, and his subsequent struggle to beat the disease. The flick stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Seth Rogen and Anna Kendrick. Chrsity Lamire from Associated press was very impressed with levitts performance, she said ” Levine has accomplished a tricky bit of juggling here: He’s made a film about cancer that’s effortlessly affecting.” Kirki Honeycutt was keen on the writing…he said, “Reiser has written his characters with an indelible sweetness and vulnerability, which allows the cast to deliver performances with some depth.” And finally Kathleen murphy from msn movies was a huge fan of the over all message of the flick, she said, “..delivers some hard-core truths as well as therapeutic humor while treating more than one kind of death.” So that’s what the critics had to say but you know we care most about what you guys think, so be sure to comment below after you’ve seen the movie! ‘Area 52′ Comic Book Series Headed To Big Screen

Hey guys, Im Tatiana Carrier with clevver movies and Ive got the details on Summits area 52. According to our friends at Deadline, Summit Entertainment has acquired screen rights to Area 52, and will develop a live action adaptation based on the four-issue comic book series published in 2001. For those of you not familiar, the comic focused on a top secret warehouse in Antarctica called Area 52, a government storage dump for otherworldly discoveries, manned by a ragtag group of misfits who have been exiled to the middle of nowhere to staff it. Then all the sudden an alien killing machine is accidentally hatched and the group must band together and use the stored mythological weapons and artifacts to save themselves and the world. Its still way too early to know about any casting details or when production will begin, but as soon as we find out, we will be sure to let you guys know! The thing that’s got everyone confused is, It’s Wi-Fi only, which means you can’t download content when you’re away from a hot spot. Other tablets, including Apple’s iPad, can handle wireless 3G connections. But on the upside, Amazon says it will offer free cloud storage for content bought from Amazon. The Kindle Fire will have a 7-inch screen and cost $199 beginning Nov. 15 when it goes on sale! So what does this mean for movie buffs? Well you can now watch all your favorite movies via wifi on your new snazzy kindles! So will the kindle fire be on our holiday wish list? The Dark Kight Rises is CASTING! Hey there movie buffs im taitana carrier and ive got the latest on the dark knight rises! If you’ve always wanted to be on the big screen, now might just be your big chance! According to movie web, Warner Brotherss has issued an open casting call for The Dark Knight Rises, which starts shooting in New York City on October 29. The production, using the code name Magnus Rex, is seeking male and female extras over the age of 18. The casting is olooking for quote “male and female, 18+, all ethnicities, no experience necessary, to play law enforcement within a city besieged by crime and corruption, specific roles include Guards, Soldiers, and Police Officers, seeking physically fit athletes, people with military and/or law enforcement training/experience, weapons training, and/or martial arts training.” Open call will be held Oct. 1, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. & 2-4 p.m. at Metropolitan Pavilion, 110 W. 19th St. (between Sixth & Seventh Aves.), NYC. And you must Bring photo ID. If you get cast, not only do you get to share the big screen with BATMAN but you also get a nice superhero style paycheck! Dead Island is coming to LIFE in the box office! Hey guys im Tatiana carrier and ive got the latest from Deep Silvers Video game DEAD ISLAND. Lionsgate has optioned the film rights from video game publisher Deep Silver to develop a zombie picture inspired by the viral media sensation Dead Island. Sean Daniel who you may know from The Mummy and Stefan Sonnefeld will spearhead production through the Sean Daniel Company. A teaser trailer for the video game came out before people really knew what it was and it went viral and became a big hit. The game came out September 6th. So we are not shocked to see liongates jumping at this opportunity for a big screen adaptation of an already viral concept! Drake said, “This is exactly the type of property we’re looking to adapt at Lionsgate — it’s sophisticated, edgy, and a true elevation of a genre that we know and love. It also has built in brand recognition around the world, and franchise potential,” SO for those of you who aren’t familiar with the game, it centers on vacationers whose island paradise becomes a living hell when a zombie outbreak quickly spreads. Like the trailer that will serve as its primary creative inspiration, the film DEAD ISLAND will be an innovation of the zombie genre because of its focus on human emotion, family ties and non-linear storytelling. Hey Everyone, thanks for checking back with clever movies. I’m Tatiana Carrier and I’ve got the latest on the remake, The Gambler. Thanks to deadline, weve just learned that Leonardo DiCaprio is attached to star in The Gambler, a paramount remake of the 1974 drama which was centered around James TObacks life, who happened to write the original screen play. William Monahan is writing the script and Martin Scorsese may just direct! The flick is about a gambling addict, which would be played by Leo who then onvinced a student athelete to shave points off a game so he can win a bet…after experiencing the high of winning a bet where he risks it all, the gambler finds himself in a very dark place! If all goes well, this wont be the first time leo and martin tream up. Theyeve worked together on many hits in the theatre including Shutter Island, The Departed, The Aviator and The Gangs of New York. I think this movie will be great, especially with the leo/martin team up! Would you guys go see the flick?
