Hey There I’m Tatiana Diana with Clevver Movies and Ive got your Review Round-up on “The Zoo Keeper.” The zoo keeper takes place at the frankin park zoo, were the zookeeper, played by Kevin James is loved by all of the animals he cares for. Realizing he has more game with the lions than the ladies, he decides to leave the zoo to get a more glamorous job in hopes of finding a nice lady friend. Obviously the animals aren’t cool with this, so they decide to reveal their ability to speak and convince him to stay and attempt to teach their loved zookeeper how to get the ladies. Sounds cute, but Im dying to hear what the critics had to say… Glenn Kenny from MSN Movies said “If a worse movie is released this year, I hope I don’t have to see it.” Katie Rich from CinemaBlend agreed…she said, “Zookeeper is exactly as loud and sloppy as you expected it to be, livened only occasionally by James and some of his co-stars mugging from inside the muck.” To be fair, I have to add a good one to the mix…and the one nice comment I found came from Top Critic, Roger Ebert…and he has this to say “Look, a great movie this is not. A pleasant summer entertainment it is.” Overall the feedback was not the best and the flick only scored a 12% on rotten tomatoes… but we care more about what YOU think, so if you see the flick when it hits the theatres july 8th, be sure to tell us what you think!
