While it may not have made what Walt Disney was projecting, Tron Legacy still walked away with around $300 Mill after it made its way around the world. And it looks like those may just be the numbers the studio was hoping for when it came time to start talking sequels! Rumor has Disney is already looking into taking Tron back theaters, with some reports saying the studio may be planning a Trilogy. While it’s not yet official, word is they have reportedly have even hired “Lost” writers/co-executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz to put pen to paper. Olivia Wilde is already getting excited about a Tron Trilogy, saying she’d love to play with Quorra in the Human World and even envisions her whispering to laptops and hugging toasters! Huh, sounds interesting! You know how Hollywood loves its sequels, prequels and trilogies. So of course this could definitely happen. In fact it kinda already has, “Tron Legacy” itself was in fact a sequel to 1982′s “Tron” which starred Jeff Bridges . What do you think? Are you into the idea of a Tron Trilogy?
