Another star who was speculated to play opposite the songstress was Will Smith, but nothing has been confirmed yet. This will actually be the FOURTH remake of A Star is Born. The original was from 1937 starring Janet Gaynor, then there was a remake in 1954 with Judy Garland and ANOTHER remake was made in 1976 with Barbara Streisand. Set to write for the flick is Will Setters. Billy Gerber and Jon Peters will join forces to produce. Who do you think would have the best chemistry opposite Beyonce? Leo or Will? Inception 2 Rumors: Will there be a sequel?

http://Twitter.com/ClevverMovies – Follow Us! Are the Inception Sequel Rumors anything more than High Hopes? We’ll fill you in after the break! Welcome to Clevver Movies. I’m your host, Chelsea Cannell. We just barely got past opening weekend and here’s a rumor about the sequel for Inception. Given the cliffhanger ending, there’s some possibility, but it’s a long shot at best, at this stage of the game. Possible? Sure. Likely? Not so much. But then, they were talking sequel for Zombieland two weeks before that even came out in theaters and look what happened there. Right now Inception’s made a ton of money after a HUGE opening weekend. So it’s really no surprise that studio may want another one, but are we really to believe that Chris Nolan is gonna let that happen? The argument is that a sequel would likely lesson an a-plus execution on the original, something Nolan isn’t expected to let happen. So while the director probably isn’t in favor, it seems the cast of the film isn’t either. MTV caught up with a lot of them at the premiere and tried to plant the sequel rumors but no one seemed to take the bait. But with many taking the “dream stance” on the final scene, it seems the door for a 2nd installment has been left wide open. So what are your thoughts on an Inception Sequel? Do you think the ending gives way to a part 2? Make sure to tell us your thoughts in the comment section below. Leonardo DiCaprio Interview: Inception

http://Twitter.com/ClevverMovies – Follow Us! Inception star Leonardo DiCaprio talks about working with director Christopher Nolan and the ensemble cast and the idea behind the film. Inception opens in theaters July 16th, 2010. Acclaimed filmmaker Christopher Nolan directs an international cast in an original sci-fi actioner that travels around the globe and into the intimate and infinite world of dreams. Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a skilled thief, the absolute best in the dangerous art of extraction, stealing valuable secrets from deep within the subconscious during the dream state, when the mind is at its most vulnerable. Cobb’s rare ability has made him a coveted player in this treacherous new world of corporate espionage, but it has also made him an international fugitive and cost him everything he has ever loved. Now Cobb is being offered a chance at redemption. One last job could give him his life back but only if he can accomplish the impossible-inception. Instead of the perfect heist, Cobb and his team of specialists have to pull off the reverse: their task is not to steal an idea but to plant one. If they succeed, it could be the perfect crime. But no amount of careful planning or expertise can prepare the team for the dangerous enemy that seems to predict their every move. An enemy that only Cobb could have seen coming. This summer, your mind is the scene of the crime. Inception footage courtesy Warner Bros. Pictures.

Clint Eastwood Picks Leonardo DiCaprio To Star As J. Edgar Hoover

Who will play J. Edgar Hoover in the new Clint Eastwood movie? We’ll tell you in just a moment. Welcome back to Clevver Movies. I’m Amanda Janner with the latest movie news. Playing the role of infamous FBI director J. Edgar Hoover will be none other than Leonardo DiCaprio. The actor recently signed on to the upcoming biopic to be directed by four-time Oscar winner Clint Eastwood. The screenplay will be written by Dustin Lance Black, who also penned the Academy-Award-winning script for Milk. This has the industry buzzing that Black’s script may focus on Hoover’s private life. The controversial first FBI director reportedly kept files on political leaders and public figures containing potentially damaging information that he used as blackmail. And Hoover’s personal life is fraught with allegations that he had a penchant for cross-dressing. No word yet on whether DiCaprio will don a dress for the role. The film is set for production later this year and tentatively scheduled for a 2012 release. So what do you think of DiCaprio being cast as the lead? Give us your thoughts in the comments section below. Stay right here for more movie updates. Thanks for watching Clevver Movies. We’ll see you next time.

Laeta Kalogridis adapts Dennis Lehane’s novel of the same name, with Paramount Pictures and Columbia Pictures splitting production and distribution duties. Ben Kingsley co-stars as the head of the institution where the patient resided, while Michelle Williams portrays Leonardo DiCaprio’s deceased wife, whose memory haunts him during the investigation.
