Dr. Strange Movie or a S.H.I.E.L.D Movie
http://bit.ly/clevvermovies – Click to Subscribe! http://Facebook.com/ClevverMovies – Become a Fan! http://Twitter.com/ClevverMovies – Follow Us! Dr Strange & Sheild battle it out! Hey guys thanks so much for watching clevver movies, Im your host Tatiana Carrier with the latest on the battle that ensues for that 2014 release date! . Marvel previously announced its upcoming release schedule that included 2013 releases for Iron Man 3 and Thor 2, but also included release dates in 2014 for two as of yet named films. It’s looking more and more like Captain America 2 will be sliding into the coveted Summer release slot of May 16th, but which film will take the April 4th, 2014 release date remains a mystery. Marvel has been so happy with the success of their A list superheroes on the big screen, it’s likely they will use that slot to launch a potential franchise of one of their lesser known heroes. One of those Marvel B list superhero could be Doctor Strange, which recently had its script completed by Thomas Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer who penned last year’s Conan the Barbarian. . For those of you not aware of the story line, Doctor Strange centres around a New York surgeon, who stops running his practice after suffering injuries in a car crash. He then becomes a drifter and heads to the Himalayas, where he meets a healer and discovers that he has a great psychic power to fight against evil. Doctor Strange boasts powers that includes telepathy, teleportation and energy and astral projection. . Another possibility to fill that April 4th date could be the much talked about ‘S.H.I.E.L.D.’ movie. This might be a more realistic possibility as it would potentially feature characters movie audiences are already familiar with, including Samuel Jackson’s “Nick Fury”, Scarlett Johansson’s “Black Widow” and Jeremy Renner’s “Hawkeye”. Neal McDonnough, who played “Dum Dum Dugan” in Captain America: The First Avenger recently spoke to IMDB Television about a possible Captain America sequel saying, “as soon as Thor has wrapped, they’ll do Cap 2. Hopefully right after that, we’ll jump into Nick Fury because that’s the one I’m looking forward to more than anything.” So not only does it look like a S.H.I.E.L.D. movie is possible, it may go into production early next year, easily giving it time to make that April 4th release date. . Of course, Marvel could completely change things up and go with one of their other properties, including standalone Black Widow or Hawkeye film or even Ant-Man, The Inhumans or Guardians of the Galaxy. So who do you guys think will win the 2014 release battle and which comic book hero would you rather see on the big screen? Im thinking Sheild, but lets see what you guys think so make sure you sound off below! Thanks so much for watching! We will catch you next time!
‘Captain America 2′ Starts Production This Year
http://bit.ly/clevvermovies – Click to Subscribe! http://Facebook.com/ClevverMovies – Become a Fan! http://Twitter.com/ClevverMovies – Follow Us! Cap America starts production! Hey everyone thanks so much for tuning back into clevver movies, Im your host Tatiana carrier with the latest on our favorite patriot captain America! . Marvel has a BIG couple of years coming up….weve got The Avengers releasing may4th, iron man 3 may 3rd 2013 and thor 2 nov 15th 2013…there are also 2 slots left in 2014 one in april one in may…we know the cap should take one of those spots and now we learn that captain America 2 will most likely start production at the end of this year thanks to an interview Neal McDonough(who played Dum Dum Dugan in Captain America: The First Avenger) recently did. . He was was asked about the Captain America sequel and revealed that production will be happening in the near future, he said,: “They’re planning [to go into production] for the end of this year, because Marvel does one film at a time. So they’re going to doThor 2 and as soon as Thor has wrapped, they’ll do Cap 2. Hopefully right after that, we’ll jump into Nick Fury because that’s the one I’m looking forward to more than anything.” . If production does indeed begin at the end of this year, we can assume that Captain America 2 will fill one of those 2014 release slots. Not to mention, Chris Evans has hinted in the past that Marvel would be waiting until 2014 to release the follow-up, and this interview with McDonough seems to reinforce his statement. . SO are you guys pumped to see the cap back in action?! Too bad we have to wait 2 years, but its worth the wait right?
