DEADPOOL WOLVERIENE I’m calling it right now, Deadpool and Wolverine summer of 2013. . Hey movie buffs, Tatiana Carrier here for Clevver movies. Now I know we talked earlier this week about Ryan Reynolds still being a part of the one day Deadpool movie. Well, fans…rejoice. Deadpool is officially moving into production this year, and Reynolds is still attached along with Tim Miller to direct. If this be the case, and filming scheduled for April, then I think it’s safe to expect a summer release for next year. . Now there is talk about this movie being rated R, and I noticed in the comments that most of you feel that this movie would ONLY work if it’s rated R. I thought that was pretty interesting. We have seen Deadpool in forms of media that weren’t mature rated and his character still worked in that atmosphere. For example, his personality comes to life in Marvel vs Capcom 3, both of THQ’s Ultimate Alliance games, and 2010′s Spiderman Shattered Dimensions. All of which he was an amazing character and HILARIOUS. In fact, I’m sure these games helped boost his popularity to where it’s at today. But at the same time, Marvel isn’t afraid to make a good R rated franchise. Or have we already forgotten the Punisher and The Blade movies? . But the good news doesn’t stop here, The Wolverine is looking to start production this year as well. This is another Wolverine spin-off where we follow Logan to Japan for one of his most famous story arcs. This, in fact, is the story that Hugh Jackman WANTED to do when he first signed on to do Wolverine spin-off movies. You may even remember this being teased as one of the two post credit scenes at the end of X-Men Origins: Wolverine. . I know that we have some HUGE superhero movies coming out this year, but with this news, I’m REALLY excited for Marvel’s line up in 2013. How excited are you guys about this? Which one are you looking forward to most? Let us know in the coments below and don’t forget to subscribe to stay up to date on all the biggest movie news. xhttp://bit.ly/clevvermovies – Click to Subscribe! http://Facebook.com/ClevverMovies – Become a Fan! http://Twitter.com/ClevverMovies – Follow Us! Hey there trekkies! Tatiana Carrier for clevver movies with an update on the star trek sequel. . Our pals at TrekMovie gave us an exclusive update on the status for pre-production on the project including locations, the script and casting. We also have news on the exact date for the start of filming! SO without further ado here are the trek facts! . The official start date for production on the Star Trek sequel is January 15th, 2012. And you die hard trek fans know this is over four years and two months after the start of production for the 2009 Star Trek movie which began shooting on November 7th, 2007. . Pre-production for the Star Trek sequel has been underway for a few months. It began using the famous “extensive outline” but sources tell TrekMovie a draft script has been completed and submitted to the studio. . Also, much of the design work for the film has been completed, with the team again headed by Scott Chambliss as production designer. And construction has already started for some of the new sets. Many sets and location set dressing elements from the 2009 film (such as the USS Enterprise) have been in storage and will be re-used for the sequel. . In addition to all that, ILM has already started work on some of the effects shots for the movie. While effects work is often considered part of post-production, there are many space effects shots which can be made without the need of any filmed elements. . As far as the locations…the team lead by director JJ Abrams is currently picking locations. TrekMovie has learned that Abrams himself traveled to Hawaii to scout a location which is being seriously considered for a “jungle planet.” Shooting will also include a museum in Los Angeles standing in for what a source said was a “famous Star Trek location.” And as per usual with a Star Trek film, studio shooting will take place on a number of stages on the Paramount lot. . And for the cast: all the main cast from the original Star Trek movie are returning and the casting process for new characters is currently being discussed, however sources indicate none of the new roles have been cast so far. . Hopefully those details can hold you guys over until we get more for you mega fans! Still no plot details, so lets leave that up to you guys! What do you think the sequel will be about? Get creative and let us know by commenting below and keep it locked right here on clevver movies for all the latest! Thanks for hanging out, see ya soon! . . TrekMovie does not have any details to report on the plot of the film yet, but it is described as “bigger” in scope than the 2009 Star Trek film. Casting Changes For The ‘Hobbit’ Movie

http://bit.ly/clevvermovies – Click to Subscribe to ClevverMovies! We’ve got an update on some Hobbit Casting Changes – here who’s out and who’s in right here on clevver movies! Hey There, Chelsea Cannell here with all you need to know regarding the Hobbit’s recent casting changes. Let’s start with the good news – we can now report that Ian Holm has joined the cast and will play an older version of Bilbo Baggins in the Peter Jackson film. It had been assumed he would join the cast although we had no official confirmation until now. Jackson broke the news on facebook after people thought they heard Holm’s voice on a recent video blog the director did. His reponse was this : ” Whilst Ian will be returning as the older Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit, that recording was actually Martin Freeman’s voice, taken from a script read through we recorded when the cast first arrived. I have to admit, I wasn’t sure who it was when I first heard it, either.” Awesome, Glad to hear Holm’s is on board! On a more somber note, Rob Krazinsky has left the production due to personal reasons. He was cast in the role of Fili but isnt able to finish shooting due now that some personal matters have come up which havent been disclosed. THe director plans to work around the hole in the cast while they look for a new Fili byt shooting as many scenes with just Bilbo as he can – so far they havent delved deep into Fili’s storyline so the timing shouldnt set the production back although the loss of Krazinsky will still be felt! In other casting news, Orlando Bloom and Ser-she Ronan have NOT yet been confirmed as members of the cast. Bloom has said it’s all just a logistically thing involving contracts etc but that his fingers and toes are crossed and he’s just waiting for it all to get straightened out. Ser-she seems to be dancing around her confirmation but word is she is involved in some sort of discussions with the studio. So what do you guys make of all this – are you happy that Ian Holm has been confirmed and who do you think should take over for Krazinsky? What about Orlando and Ser-shee? Give us your thoughts below and then make sure and follow us on twitter @clevvermovies and subscribe to our channel for all the hobbit news as it breaks. Henry’s Crime Movie Trailer Official (HD)

http://bit.ly/clevvermovies – Click to Subscribe! Henry’s Crime hits theaters on April 8th, 2011. Cast: Keanu Reeves, Vera Farmiga, James Caan, Judy Greer, Peter Stormare, Fisher Stevens, Bill Duke, Currie Graham, David Costabile Working the night shift as a toll collector on a lonely stretch of highway in Buffalo, New York, Henry (Keanu Reeves) is a man without ambition, dreams or purpose. He gets his wakeup call early one morning when he becomes an unwitting participant in an ill-conceived bank heist. Rather than give up the names of the real culprits, Henry takes the fall and goes to jail. There, he meets the irrepressible Max (James Caan), a con man who’s grown far too comfortable with the familiarity and security of his ‘idyllic’ life behind bars. He’s not about to leave prison. But he helps plant an idea in Henry’s mind that will change his life forever. Upon his release one year later, Henry finds his purpose. Having done the time, he decides he may as well do the crime. Discovering a long forgotten bootlegger’s tunnel, which runs from the very same bank to a theater across the alleyway, he recruits his reluctant former cellmate to stage a robbery. Their plan is simple: By infiltrating the theater and its current production of “The Cherry Orchard,” the unlikely duo will buy just enough time to dig their way to the bank vault and drive off into the sunset. Unfortunately, that plan also includes Henry taking the lead role in the play, where he finds himself slowly falling for the production’s mercurial leading lady, Julie (Vera Farmiga). Director Darren Aronofsky Exits ‘Wolverine’ Sequel

http://bit.ly/clevvermovies – Click to Subscribe! Darren Aronofsky will not be in the director’s chair for Wolverine. Hear why he walked away up next? Hey there Everyone, I’m Chelsea Cannell and you’re watching Clevver Movies! Darren Arronofsky has decided to walk away from directing Wolverine because he says he doesn’t want to be away from his family for that long. The film which will be set in Japan will reportedly take a year to film and Darren, who has a son with his ex-flame Rachel Weisz, feels that the production would take him away for too long. He admitted that the decision was a hard one since he was really looking forward to working with Hugh Jackman, and felt the script was fantastic, but ultimately it just wasn’t something he felt he could do. The screenplay written by Christopher McQuarrie supposedly has a Samurai Subplot and is rumored to already have a 2012 release date. However, Fox has not revealed whether or not the loss of their director will in fact push back its theatrical release. Kinda a bummer since a lot of people felt Arronofsky was the right guy to bring this story to life, but now that’s he’s opted out- who do you think should get the job? "Men In Black III" Update: Delays & Script Issues

http://Twitter.com/ClevverMovies – Follow Us! Here come the Men in Black….Kinda…? Find out what’s the hold-up up next! Hey Hey Movie goers, I’m Chelsea Cannell and you’re watching Clevver Movies! So Men in Black 3 has been ready to go for some time now, at least that’s what we thought when the production started shooting back in December, but now thanks to the Hollywood reporter we are finding out that there seems to be a lot of script trouble. The plan for Sony was apparently to start shooting the first bit of the Script in December in order to pick up New York Tax incentives that were believed to be expiring…THEN they would take a break till February, finish the rest of the story and pick right back up where they left off. Well now it’s march, and they are still waiting. HR reports that at one point there was a full script that the studio liked but then Will Smith had a few issues and wanted to try and work them out himself. A source close to the production told the reporter that the actor has become QUOTE Quite enamored with aspects of screenwriting and that his process takes a long time. Yikes, this doesn’t sound good. So basically Will smith is supposedly holding up production so that he can fix plot problems in a film that should have already wrapped shooting?! Obviously he should have some say but does this seem a little crazy to anyone else? Weigh in in our comment section, and then make sure to follow us on twitter @clevvermovies to get the latest on MIB’s script saga. Thanks for checking out clevver movies, stay tuned, we’ve got more updates coming your way shortly!

Ian McKellen & Andy Serkis Back For The Hobbit

http://Twitter.com/ClevverMovies – Follow Us! The hobbit is about to start filming, but what about Gandalf and Gollum? Find out after the Break! Hey Everyone I’m Chelsea Cannell and your watching Clevver Movies! The hobbit films are going into production next month but there were still a few IMPORTANT names who still haven’t signed on for the 2 part project!!! Really disturbing, yet Thankfully for fans of the franchise, Both Sir Ian McKellen and Andy Serkis have finalllllly made their commitments! You know that whole, good things come to those who wait? Well they definitely made us wait but it’s gonna be GOOOD! Sir Ian, of course, will be reprising his roll as the wizrd Gandalf, which is a real relief because believe it or not, according to his blog, he was actually thinking about not coming back! We all know actors like a challenge, and according to his website, McKellen had to think long and hard about taking the part, saying” I kept wondering… was Gandalf what I most wanted to do, more than a new play for instance or indeed a new part? Sequels aren’t necessarily as rewarding to act in as their originals!” Thankfully though, he has decided to sign on…good news huh! Also recently adding his name to the pot, “We wants it, we needs it. Must have the precious!” Though it hasn’t been “officially” confirmed by anyone in his camp, Word it Andy Serkis has signed on the dotted line to return as Gollum, Gollum! Phew that was close, Can you even imagine the Hobbit without Ian and Andy as Gandolf and Gollum? Yea let’s not think about it! Peter Jackson will hop in the director’s chair next month when the production kick starts in New Zealand. So that means we only have (counting on hands 11) 11 long months till Part one hits theaters in December 2011. I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait! Let us know what you think about Andy and Ian making their return in the comment section below. Thanks for watching Clevver Movies, I’m Chelsea Cannell and I’ll see you next time!
