Hey there Clevver Peeps, I’m Chelsea Cannell coming to you from our clevver movies headquarters here in Hollywood. Last week we showed you some of the Pirates Posters that cropped up online, Now we have an official trailer for the next Caribbean Adventure. If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s pretty spectacular, with quick cuts, arresting visuals, lots of explosions and all the one liners we love from Mr. Jack Sparrow. It you weren’t excited about the search for the fountain of youth yet, I think this new trailer may just do it for ya. If you haven’t seen it and would like to, Check out the llink in our info box. But that’s not all mi Mates, 2 new pics have also made their way onto the interweb. Check out this shot of Cap-in Sparrow decked out in all his crazy duds after getting out of a paddy wagon in front of St. James Palace….then there is this one of a young girl who appears to be a mermaid In a small body of water looking ever so innocent. Cast: Nick Stahl, Rachel Nichols, Kellan Lutz, Jonathan Tucker, Grace Gummer, Norman Reedus “Meskada” follows a small-town detective named Noah Cordin as he struggles to solve the brutal murder of a boy in the peaceful, affluent town of Hilliard. The killers left behind no clues at the crime scene, with the exception of a scrap of paper leading Cordin back to his hometown of Caswell. Here, Cordin and county detective Leslie Spencer consult with Cordin’s old friends, all of whom are suffering from the economic troubles that have plunged Caswell into near-destitution. As their search fails to turn up a suspect, feverish tensions rise between the towns of Hilliard and Caswell, until the film reaches its shocking climax. “Meskada” captures a snapshot of quintessential American small-town life. The story calls to mind our nation’s history, the brutal clashes over land and territory, the class-divides and the improbable victories for equal opportunity. “Meskada” portrays a vivid picture of the rift between characters in two towns, people bound by loyalty, family, community, and a battle born of circumstances beyond their control. Happy Tears 2010 Official HD Trailer Starring Parker Posey, Demi Moore, Rip Torn and Ellen Barkin Jayne (Parker Posey) and Laura (Demi Moore) are about to take on the first man they just might not be able to handle: their seventy something-year-old father Joe (Rip Torn). Dutiful daughters returning to the house they grew up in, Jayne and Laura are forced to take a closer look at their own not-so-perfect lives while dodging childhood memories. Laura suspects that Joe needs full-time care, but Jayne refuses to believe that their fathers condition is that serious. Jayne’s compulsion to escape reality only increases Laura’s attempts to yank her back down to earth. Meanwhile, Joe still sings and plays the blues on his prized guitar, and the lively widower even has a new “ladyfriend,” shameless and sassy Shelly (Ellen Barkin). But as the visible moments of their father’s impending senility increase, the family dynamics spiral out of control. Tensions flare as the close sisters must also juggle their own very different lives Laura’s busy environmentalist work schedule and mother of three small children, and Jayne, desperate to finally have a baby with her workaholic art-dealing husband Jackson (Christian Camargo). Their adventures back home are not without magic, mischief and mayhem, and even a search for buried treasure in the backyard! In the end, any tears that Jayne and Laura might shed will be happy ones.
