Hey guys, thanks so much for tuning back into clevver movies, Im your host Tatiana carrier with the details on why John Wagner, Judge Dread Creator thinks you should be excited about the new flick! . So as you may know, Danny Cannon’s Judge Dredd, with Sylvester Stallone as a futuristic weapon of justice, didn’t do so hoton the silver screen…and now they are getting a do-over and Wagner told LA times that the new version, entitlaed, DREDD will be better. . He said, “Perhaps that was one of the failings of the first film; they tried to do too much and ended up with not a lot….Dredd homes in on the essential job of judging — instant justice in a violent future city. I like the actors, they’re well cast and they handled their parts well. Olivia Thirlby is perfect as Anderson, the young psi judge. She gives the character a touching vulnerability. Karl Urban will not remove his helmet and will not kiss his costar.” . Pete Travis who you may know from vantage point will be at the helm for DREDD…and the flick will release sept 21st so we will just have to wait and see if this revision is worth all the hype!
