Tatiana carrier here with our top dvd pics of the week! This week there were tons of great flicks released on DVD so I picked two I think are worth the buy, rent or download! . The first flick we think you should check out it Super 8. Super 8, directed by JJ Abrams, is about a group of friends during the summer of 1979 who witness a train crash and investigate subsequent unexplained events in their small town. The adventurous thriller stars Elle Fanning, Amanda Michalka and Kyle Chandler, putting these young talents on the map! . Next on our must see list is Spy Kids: All the time in the world. This is our family pick of the two. Everyone can have fun watching the 4d film where a retired spy is called back into action, and to bond with her new step-children, she invites them along for the adventure to stop the evil Timekeeper from taking over the world. While you wont be able to enjoy the 4D aspect of smell with your rental, we still think it’s a movie the whole family will have fun watching! . Keanu Reeves Talks ‘Bill and Ted 3′

Hey Everyone I’m Chelsea Cannell and you are watching Clevver Movies. It has been YEAARRSS since the last adventure of Bill and Ted but time means nothing in Hollywood, and ANYTIME is a good one for another Installment. According to Keanu Reeves AKA TED has revealed that writers are about 6 short weeks away from a final draft on the project which the star says he knows a little bit about — vague but supposedly true as Reeves says the fellas went off and cooked it up so he doesn’t know what happened when all the elements got put together. Fair Enough. The first flick hit theaters in 89, the second in 91 and for fans of the franchise, it looks like the third will hopefully be headed into production soon. Reeves says the characters will have to go back and deal with the fact that they haven’t yet made good on their promise to write a song that saves the world. This time the duo will focus on their Obsession with getting that done, and Alex Winter, AKA BILL admits their latest idea for the third flick is pretty great in his opinion. The plan is to check in on Bill and Ted, see where they are and jump right back in to their crazy little bodacious world. Will they still be saying Bodacious I wonder, now that its 2011? ‘The Expendables 2′ Gets Release Date

Well it’s got a release date now it’s just time to settle the Cast and Director — hear the official theatrical release for Expendables 2 right here on Clevver! Hi guys I’m Chelsea Cannell here with a Clevver Movies update on the Expendables 2. The studio has revealed that the movie will hit theaters on August 17th 2012 just 2 years after the original blew up the box office. Hopefully all the actors will return but for now it looks like Jason Statham, Jet Li, Randy Couture, and terry crews are the only ones confirmed, while Bruce Willis and Arnold are expected to get more screen time instead of small cameos. Stallone was in the director’s chair the first time around but this time he’ll be passing the torch although we don’t yet know who will take over the camera. So it’s on its way but of course there is still so much to be done before you’re in theaters with popcorn enjoying another action star reunion. So will you be on hand for round 2, or is this a straight to your living room kinda flick? Gary Oldman Talks ‘The Dark Knight Rises’

Hey there Movie Peeps, Thanks for tuning in to clevver movies, I’m Chelsea Cannell. Gary Oldman will step into the shoes of Commissioner Gordon in Christopher Nolans The Dark Knight Rises set to hit theaters July 20th, 2012. The actor who says Nolan has definitely outdone himself this time around, also shared a few other morsels from the film. Apparently the script is AWESOME and Oldman has revealed that the story will circle back around to Batman Begins. And if that wasn’t exciting enough, he also alluded to working very closely with Tom Hardy’s Villain Bane saying ” I have quite a bit to do with Tom in this one….he’s going to be fantastic.” Speaking of fantastic, the ending surely will be – but Nolan has MADE sure we won’t know just HOW fantastic! Oldman revealed that the actors don’t even know how the whole thing ends because no ending was listed in the script in order to prevent any chance of it leaking. The actors, won’t find out until it’s time to shoot. One thing we do know ahead of time though, Indie Actress Juno Temple has signed on and will join the cast playing a “street Smart Gotham girl” who could be either a new character or someone from DC Comics past. Amy Adams The New Lois Lane In Superman!

Hey there Movie Fans, I’m Chelsea Cannell here with some super Superman News today as the cast for the flick seems to be getting better by the second. First the news that Kevin Costner and Diane Lane will join Henry Ka-Ville to round out the Kent Clan and Now Amy Adams has been cast as Clark’s leading lady Lois Lane. Adams beat out a whole slew of Hollywood actresses who were circling the role, but director Zack Snyder has admitted that after his meeting with the actress, he knew she was getting the gig. Snyder has said that it’s very important for him to modernize Superman this time around so that it makes sense to audiences today, and according to him, Amy was just the perfect fit! A huge compliment after the director has also admitted that casting the right female lead was the linchpin to the project. The 36 year old actress is coming off the whirlwind success of the “fighter” where she was nominated for an Oscar for her role as Mark Wahlberg’s love interest. With the addition of Adams, Superman is sure to see a Super Opening don’t ya think?
